Host Your Event at The Emerson Center  

Hold your event - meeting, conference, educational seminar, wedding, convention – at the Emerson Center.  We have a variety of venues of all sizes that are available for rent either for a one time event or a recurring series of events.  The Emerson Center is centrally and conveniently located at the corner of 16th Street and 27th Avenue in the heart of Vero Beach.  Parking is available on site for more than 300 cars. The facility has over 30,000 square feet of interior air conditioned space.

Auditorium.  This venue has reserved seating for 844 attendees on upholstered benches [see seating plan]. The ceiling is 24 feet high. There is a spacious rear balcony.  Available equipment includes dual projectors and screens for films and Power Point presentations, plus a Power Point remote control.  There is theatre quality sound and lighting. Microphones include lectern, hand-held, lavaliere and Madonna (face) mics. Auditorium lights can be dimmed to any level.  A piano and electronic organ are available.  The auditorium can be rented any day or evening except Sundays. There is a raised platform/stage which can accommodate anywhere from a single speaker to groups of 50 or more. The auditorium is handicap accessible.

Foyer.  This venue can be used alone or used together with the auditorium for social occasions or receptions. It is a large attractive open space with windows overlooking a planted atrium.  It is equipped with a sound system and can accommodate art displays, cocktail parties, receptions, or meetings for groups of 10 to 150.  This area is available any day or evening except Sundays.  It is handicap accessible. 

Library. This attractive room has a large conference table with 12 upholstered executive swivel chairs with arms.  The room is large enough to accommodate additional chairs behind the executive chairs.  Available any day or evening except Sundays.  It is handicap accessible. 

Seminar/Choir Room.  This venue has lecture seating for up to 30 with an eight foot wide projection screen and a surround sound audio system.  A laptop compatible projector is available.  A piano is available.  This room is available any day or evening except Sundays.  It is handicap accessible. 

Green Rooms. Two rooms are available on the second floor that can be used as  offices or small meeting rooms.  Each has a private lavatory. These rooms are available any day or evening except Sundays. These rooms are not handicap accessible. 

Fellowship Hall. This venue is a vaulted room with large, open areas. Theatre-style seating can accommodate 200 people. At tables, the room comfortably handles 150 people. It is available for conferences, receptions, dinners, presentations, etc.  A sound system and a projection screen are available. A laptop compatible projector is available. This venue is available all day/evening on Saturdays, evenings after 6 pm on weekdays.  It is not available on Sunday. It is handicap accessible. 

Kitchen. A well equipped kitchen is available as well. The kitchen can be rented for staging purposes by the hour or, for cooking, a 3-hour minimum applies. Inquire for complete details.
